The Montgomery County Planning Board’s Department of Park and Planning's Development Review division coordinates the timely review of proposed development projects. Below is a listing of past and future anticipated events for Falkland North.

• Mid-May 2010 – submit amended project plan/preliminary plan
• Mid-June 2010 – submit final package
• July 26, 2010 – Development Review Committee
• September 16, 2010 – project plan/preliminary plan hearing
• 2Q11 – final site plan hearing
• 3Q11 – submit for building permit (first phase)
• 1Q12 – potential construction start
• 4Q10 - project/preliminary plan hearing
• 4Q13 – potential opening of first phase
• 3Q14 - potential completion of first phase
• 1Q14 – construction complete (first phase)
