New and larger studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments will provide much needed diversity of housing options in downtown Silver Spring. New amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, an exercise center, business center and playgrounds.
The development will create a strong urban edge along East-West Highway incorporating the Silver Spring CBD streetscape initiative with 15’ sidewalks, double row of street trees and improved lighting. A Harris Teeter grocery store along with restaurants and service retailers will enhance the pedestrian experience enroute to Metro.

The south parcel park was identified as an important site in the draft Green Space Plan for the Silver Spring CBD. Current redevelopment plans call for a complete restoration to correct erosion damage and replanting of the understory. The 1+ acre lush, green park will be made open to the entire community.

Just 800 feet from Metro, this development has all the ingredients for smart growth and supports the Silver Spring Central Business District's vision for revitalized urban environments.
